This one-page wholesale sheet covers AM Rental Coverage+ | Wholesale — the partner-channel version of our rental-coverage loan, funded by America Mortgages Wholesale. Borrowers (U.S. citizens or foreign nationals) qualify only on the property's projected rental income, with no U.S. credit, no U.S. residency and no personal income required. Published terms: loan amounts from $100,000 to $1,500,000, up to 75% LTV on purchases (70% on equity release, cash-out or refinance), 30-year fixed with a 10-year fixed interest-only option, 1:1 rental coverage, a U.S. LLC requirement and a maximum broker fee of 3% of the loan amount.
