Standard U.S. commission is 2–3% of the loan amount, paid by the borrower. With an average loan amount of about $400K, partners typically earn $8–12K per transaction, with commissions paid within 72 hours of funding.

What do the loans look like for the borrower?

Borrowers need no U.S. credit or residency and can qualify on the rental income of the property rather than personal financials, with ownership allowed in a U.S. entity (LLC). Loans are interest-only fixed for 10 years, amortized over 30 years regardless of age, up to 75% LTV on purchase and 70% on refinance/cash-out, typically closing in 30–45 days.
