Do I have to close with America Mortgages to qualify for the 0.5% reward?

Yes. A mortgage loan with America Mortgages is required to qualify for the cash reward. The reward is available to you specifically through the America Mortgages + Newzip partnership.

How does the cash-reward credit actually work?

When you enroll and use a Newzip agent to finalize your purchase in an eligible state, you receive a cash reward equal to 0.5% of the home's sale price. It appears on your closing disclosure as a credit toward transaction costs. If the credit exceeds the allowed concession limit, you receive the balance by check within 30 days of closing.

How do I get matched to a local real estate agent?

Newzip matches you with a vetted agent based on your requirements, timing, budget, location, experience and personality. Algorithms help shortlist agents in Newzip's network, but a licensed Home Advisor ultimately chooses the best fit for you — and you can switch agents at any time.

What's the difference between a Home Advisor and a real estate agent?

A Home Advisor is a licensed Newzip employee who guides you through the early phases and matches you to an agent. The matched agent is the licensed real estate professional who sets up listing alerts, attends showings, and guides you through the transaction.

What if I'm already working with a real estate agent?
